Fors Marsh Unveils Rebranding for 20th Anniversary
ARLINGTON, VA — Finding causes. Creating effects. For 20 years our team at Fors Marsh (formerly known as Fors Marsh Group/FMG) has been taking on issues that matter. Many recognize us as the organization responsible for one of the largest behavioral health campaigns in history—the We Can Do This COVID-19 Public Education Campaign for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Now we are unveiling another campaign: a major rebranding of our own.
Founded on November 15, 2002, Fors Marsh began with a handful of employees and has grown to a team of over 400 researchers, advisors, and communicators working together to shape the systems that shape lives. Now 20 years later, we’re taking the opportunity to modernize our brand to reflect how we’ve grown and evolved as a company to represent the truly impactful work we take on. From insights that help ensure secure, accessible elections, public health communications that save lives, or identifying and predicting discrimination, harassment, and extremism in the military, we seek to improve outcomes for the many, not the few.
“It has been 20 years. Twenty years of taking on issues that matter,” said our CEO Ben Garthwaite. “As we celebrate this milestone and reflect on how far we have come together. we do so with an eye on the future. There is no better time to update our voice and our brand to reflect who we are today and where we intend to be tomorrow.”
The newly unveiled rebrand communicates our mission to lead with humanity and empathy, as reflected in the new visual identity through the logo, colors, tone, and styling of our website.
A New Logo
Our new logo has been designed to represent the continued commitment to serving Fors Marsh people and clients in a modern, trustworthy, and approachable way. It differentiates us as a full-service organization that brings together the science of research with the art of communication to deliver targeted whole solutions that improve behavior and have a positive impact on people and the planet.
Inspired by our commitment to Listen – Act – Learn, the logo has been modified to visually align these three principles into perfect balance.
